AdsEagle (“AdsEagle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI-assisted advertising management tool that helps businesses connect, understand, and manage their Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising accounts through a conversational interface. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By connecting your Meta account to AdsEagle or otherwise using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information we receive from Meta when you connect your account, and information generated by your use of the product.

2. How We Use Information

  • To display your advertising performance in an understandable way and answer your questions about it.
  • To generate AI-written analysis, insights, and optimization recommendations based on your account’s real performance data.
  • To carry out advertising changes you explicitly request and approve (campaign pauses, budget edits, and similar actions).
  • To detect account setup status (e.g. whether a Pixel is active) so we can guide you through relevant next steps.
  • To operate account tiers, usage limits, and billing.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the product.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your advertising data to build products for anyone other than you, and we do not share your Meta data with advertisers or data brokers.

3. How Your Data Is Processed

To generate AI analysis and chat responses, relevant account data (such as performance metrics or account setup status) is sent to our AI model provider (OpenAI) strictly to produce the response shown to you. This data is used to generate your answer and is not used by our AI provider to train their models on your behalf under our account terms with them.

Your data is stored using reputable infrastructure providers (including our database provider and our workflow-automation infrastructure), and transactional emails are sent through our email delivery provider. All service providers we use are contractually limited to using your data only to provide their service to us.

4. Google Analytics Data

If you choose to connect your Google Analytics account, AdsEagle accesses your Google Analytics 4 reporting data on a read-only basis using the analytics.readonly scope. AdsEagle only ever reads your Google Analytics data — we never modify or delete anything in your Analytics account.

What we access: aggregated reporting data only — sessions, users, engagement metrics, conversions, traffic sources, device and country breakdowns, and landing page performance. We do not access individual user profiles or event-level personal data.

Why: to display this data inside your own private performance report, next to your Meta Ads results.

How we store it: aggregated report figures and an access token are stored on our servers, associated with your account. Report data is retained for a rolling three-month window.

What we never do: we never write to, modify or delete anything in your Google Analytics account. We never sell your data, never share it with third parties, and never use it to train machine learning models.

Your control: you can disconnect Google Analytics at any time from your AdsEagle account, or revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting deletes the stored access token and cached report data.

AdsEagle’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and performance data for as long as your account is active, so AdsEagle can provide continuity — remembering your brand context and past analysis rather than starting from zero each time. If you delete your account (see Section 7), we delete your data as described below.

6. Your Choices

  • Disconnect Meta access at any time from your Facebook settings (Business Integrations), or by asking AdsEagle to disconnect your account.
  • Disconnect Google Analytics at any time from your AdsEagle account, or from your Google Account permissions page (see Section 4).
  • Review what’s approved — write actions on your ads only ever happen after you explicitly approve them; nothing is changed on Meta without your action.
  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data — see Section 7.

7. Data Deletion

You can request full deletion of your AdsEagle account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@adseagles.com with the subject line “Delete my data.” Please send this request from the email address associated with your AdsEagle account so we can verify it’s you.

Once we receive your request, we will delete your stored account information, connected Meta and Google credentials, and conversation history from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records for legal or accounting purposes.

Disconnecting AdsEagle from your Facebook settings revokes our access to your Meta data going forward, but does not by itself delete data already stored with us — for that, please send the deletion request above.

8. Children’s Privacy

AdsEagle is a business tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of AdsEagle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Contact Us

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to privacy@adseagles.com.

Data Deletion Instructions

If you’d like AdsEagle to delete the data associated with your account:

  • Email privacy@adseagles.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my data.”
  • We will confirm receipt and complete deletion of your stored account data, Meta credentials, and conversation history within 30 days.
  • You can also revoke AdsEagle’s access to your Meta account at any time via Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, independent of a full data-deletion request.
