Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AdsEagle (“AdsEagle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an AI-assisted advertising management tool for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads. By creating an account or using AdsEagle, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AdsEagle connects to your Meta advertising account and provides performance analysis, AI-generated insights, and — where you explicitly approve it — the ability to manage campaigns (pause/resume, budget changes, and similar actions) on your behalf.

AdsEagle never takes action on your Meta ads without your approval. Any change to your live campaigns is proposed by AdsEagle and must be explicitly approved by you before it is executed.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to connect the Meta ad account(s) you link to AdsEagle (as an owner, admin, or authorized user of that Business Manager).
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may disconnect your Meta account or delete your AdsEagle account at any time (see our Data Deletion Instructions).

3. Plans & Billing

AdsEagle offers a free tier with limited daily usage and a paid tier with expanded access, including the ability to approve and execute campaign changes. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don’t offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

4. AI-Generated Content

AdsEagle uses AI to analyze your advertising data and generate insights, recommendations, and written summaries. This output is provided to help inform your decisions — it is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or suitable for every situation, and you remain responsible for reviewing and approving any action taken on your advertising account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use AdsEagle to violate Meta’s Advertising Policies, Platform Terms, or any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with AdsEagle’s systems.
• Use AdsEagle to manage ad accounts you are not authorized to access.
• Resell or provide access to AdsEagle to third parties without our written consent.

Violating these terms, or Meta’s own policies through your use of AdsEagle, may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Third-Party Services

AdsEagle relies on third-party services to operate — including the Meta Graph API, an AI model provider (OpenAI) to generate analysis and responses, and (optionally, on paid plans) Google Analytics for read-only enrichment. Your use of AdsEagle is also subject to Meta’s own terms and policies for your ad account and Business Manager. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policy enforcement actions taken by these third-party platforms.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can request deletion. It’s incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

AdsEagle is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any specific advertising outcome, ROAS, or performance result — advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including Meta’s ad auction, your creative, your audience, and your budget. AI-generated recommendations are informational and are not a guarantee of results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsEagle and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or lost advertising spend, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using AdsEagle and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or violate Meta’s platform policies through their use of AdsEagle.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of AdsEagle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
